• Initial consultation with your photographer to discuss and plan your wedding
photography
• Second consultation 2 weeks prior to wedding date
• 200 proofs printed as 5x7”
• Package coverage can include the following and is dependant on ceremony and
reception start and finish times within the allotted 6 hour period.
o Pre-ceremony with bride and bridesmaids.
o Groom and groomsmen before commencement of ceremony
o The ceremony
o Pre-ceremony seating
o Traditional and Contemporary photos/portraits with guests and family after
the ceremony
o Traditional and contemporary bridal party photos/portraits at a location of
your choice
o The reception can include candid photos of guests arriving, seating
arrangements, speeches and a mock cutting of the cake is included.
o Complete coverage presented to you as low resolution files supplied on CD-
ROM . These images are not suitable for printing.
• 200 images will be selected and printed as 5x7” prints and presented in a proof
portfolio album. This proof portfolio is yours to keep.
• 2 by colour 8x10” prints of your choice
• 2 by Black & White or Sepia 8x 10” prints of your choice
• 1 double exposure using your marriage certificate as the background image
• A slideshow presented as 100 images (approx 15minutes) with background music
that is both computer and DVD compatible
• Complimentary 50 image email compatible slideshow that is run on a computer
and cannot be changed or modified.
• 6 hours in total
• $300.00 deposit to secure your booking date
• Extra time @ $80.00/hr
• Travel to wedding locations outside the Ipswich and Brisbane metropolitan area
will be extra depending on the distance to be travelled.
