Terms and Conditions
As your wedding is one of the most important days in your life, we do not want to miss out on any details. Preparation, booking of services, photoshooting, etc, all take time to coordinate and organize. Therefore, we recommend you finalise your booking 60 days before your wedding date. Please also note that wedding services booked less than 30 days before the wedding date are considered "Last Minute Bookings". Therefore, a surcharge of $200 will be applied.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENTS
All deposits are required to be paid together with the completed Wedding Reservation Form and must be received by Romantic-Weddings.com before a Confirmation can be issued. Final payment consisting of the remaining balance must be received by Aspects of Life Photography at least 60 days prior to the wedding date
All deposits on wedding photography are non-refundable and non-transferable and is included as part of the full package price. Aspects of Life photography assumes no liability.
Prices quoted are effective until the 1st July 2009. Payment of the deposit before this date will ensure your wedding package will remain at the current prices.
If Aspects of Life Photography has to terminate its agreement for any reasons beyond its control - including but without limitations to: sickness, accident, family emergency, travel difficulties, loss, theft or damage of equipment, or acts of god – where we are unable to perform our obligations as stated under this agreement – Aspects of Life Photography may in fact terminate this agreement and refund only -all monies to date, paid by the client. In such a case Aspects of Life Photography will not be held liable for any damages or claims, caused as a result of this termination.
Clients use Aspects of Life Photography at their own risk and indemnify all Aspects of Life Photography staff members or any other party contracted by Aspects of Life Photography, against all costs, charges and expenses which may be incurred due to any persons suffering injury, whilst at the function, or on Aspects of Life Photography work premises (offices or suggested meeting points, including clients homes).
Clients will be responsible for all damages caused to Aspects of Life Photography's equipment (including all persons in attendance at the function), and all contractors engaged by the client for the function; paying Aspects of Life Photography in full (on demand) the costs, to rectify any damages.
Any parking fees and/or toll bridges incurred on the day will be the responsibility of the Bridal Couple.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Cancellation of a booking will result in forfeiture of deposit(s) and payments made.
Aspects of Life Photography reserves the right to use your Wedding Photography images or Videopgraphy footage and related materials for promotional purposes.
